I've used it often to help friends/colleagues with their job searches and to re-connect others. Spock, I hear, has some SEO-related advantages over the others, but it's still new to me. I get to linked in, have played with myspace enough to understand it, have not kept up with Plaxo. I think you can work one or two of these well plus a blog. If you are small business owner anyway.
